Our App integrates with Health Connect & HealthKit, an Android/iOS API that allows apps to read health-related data stored on your device. The types of data we may access include:
- Step count
- Blood Glucose
2. Device Information
If you allow this in the app, we collect certain information about your device, including:

3. Federated Learning Data
For the purposes of federated learning, we may process the following types of data:
- Aggregated health metrics
- Model updates generated from your device's data
Note: All federated learning data is anonymized and processed locally on your device before being aggregated with data from other users.
4. Location Data
We prioritize your privacy by ensuring that your precise location is never collected, stored, or shared with our backend servers.
Location access is used exclusively on-device to facilitate requests to third-party APIs (such as weather and UV index services). These requests are handled fully anonymously, ensuring that environmental data is retrieved without linking your identity or account to your physical coordinates.

We use the health data obtained from Health Connect & HealthKit to demonstrate the concept of federated learning by aggregating and processing data across multiple users without transmitting raw data to our servers.
